Meeting Spaces
Need a more dedicated, private or confidential workspace? We have two upstairs spaces that can be hired by the hour.
Large Meeting Room - £15/hr (£10/hr for subscribed coworkers)
Wellbeing Room - £10/hr

Affordability
The only way we can make this work in the longer term is by charging most people for use. But if this risks excluding you then please let us know as we have ideas up our sleeves about how we could help each other! The most important part of our ethos is to be accessible for all. So let us know how we can do that.
If you are not able to afford the charges because you are unemployed, a student or a start-up enterprise, please contact Sally at communityhub@bearwood.cc. We aim to be open and welcoming to all.

Yes! Many of our coworkers take phone / conference calls in the workspace. All we ask is that you bring your own pair of headphones to help minimise disruption to others.

Yes! The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, zip kettle, espresso maker, dishwasher and fridge.

Yes! We have self-entry options that mean that the space can be used during evenings and weekends.
Please note that there may be occasions where there are bookings in the coworking space on an evening / weekend and so the space will not be available to coworkers. We will contact coworkers to let them know about changes in availability.
